Way to go Julie! I tend to take care of that after the first time. Anyone ruins my day, they get it right back, tenfold.

Seems every neighborhood is saddled with one or two families that have no consideration for others, exactly why I can't wait to be on our land in NH. NO NEIGHBORS!! I have it so not too many talk to me here. There is one maniac that lives across the street that started crap three times in the last 10 years, the last time I told him if there was a next time, I was already resigned to jail because he would not survive it. I don't mind waving to folks, other than that, they need to keep their distance.

I just finished 6 more qts of potatoes....some more to go.

Man, is it HOT and HUMID! I've showered twice already today instead of bringing it back outside in 1 gallon jugs....That pump cant get here fast enough. Spent 2 hours with my new neighbor that cut wood on my side of the line. He's 32, and a real hard working, down to earth guy. We walked the line and decided the best thing to do is to cut a swath 20' wide, all the way back. At that point, I will decide if I sell another 1/2 acre to him. LMAO, I actually drove around town looking for enemies of this kid. Everyone adores him, the lil bastid. The 1/2 acre will be 420 feet deep, so, not very wide. It will get him up out of the mosquito breeding grounds quite a bit. And, he runs a gravel pit, and lemme tell ya, when they scraped the topsoil off that hill, they just piled it up. Any idea how much 20 acres of topsoil is? My eyes bugged out of my head when I saw it. I have a load coming to make me happier about him cutting 8 of my trees. Like I said, he's a good one. Hell, I'll trade 8 tree's for a dumptruck of soil any day of the week. I gave him a and said KEEP ON CUTTING, lol.

Why you putting Bumper Stickers on trash bags? Wait a sec.....are you telling me you have Dumpah Stickers? They tried that crap around here, the selectmen would wake up to driveways full of trash. So, ya pay your property taxes, and then you pay to get rid of your garbage? Funny what the "civilized" masses put up with when you get right down to it. You did say BAG, so you must do 'er up right.
I'm only a teddy bear with those that can see past the redneck disguise. In reality, I'll never use that tiny bit of land, its a mess. He owns a skidder and a bulldozer, nice- to- have big boys toys. And can you imagine the raised beds and stuff that can be made with a truckload of that topsoil from an old overgrown hay field? I could play for weeks and weeks, esp. with my 'new' toy chipper/ shredder doohinkus- thinkus. I still have maybe 4 yards of 3 year old cow poop and bedding from our last herd of 7 , down back under plastic. I have maybe 500 newspapers in the big shed, and they even claim the ink is soy based. If I build it, the wormies will come. Man, I have issues! Woke up at 3:30 with my 'toe'sticle screaming at me, but wth, the coffee is good.

I've been up since 3:45 myself-Good Morning Do you need to have that tow rewrapped? Or did you hit it or something? Martin-they want to try that sticker thing here too-you seriously need to find a good burn barrel!!! I told Town Hall that if they tried implementing that that I would start burning my garbage and so would everyone else. The Portuguese here are very tight with their money so to speak-it would get burned or buried in a pit.

I never sleep well the night before paper release, I have been up since about 4:30 tossing and turning so I said frig it and got up. Heading for the 90s today, it will be such fun delivering papers soaked in sweat and smeared with newsprint ink.

I think you need a hug. Gonna head out and do my morning chores, then cross the wall and do some edging and hoeing. Be so much fun gardening, sweating and swatting mosquitoes and deerflies. mmmm, I could use a hug, myself.

Dehydrated beans? Sounds better than 90 minutes @ 10# pressure. K, now I'm really going hoeing and edging. Thanks for the cyber hug, Julie. Bet ya Waynes all sticky and sweaty like me. Ewwww. lol.

I like the dehydrated ones to save for soups and stews I'm not a big fan of canned green beans. I figure once they are dried and vac. sealed they should last a good long time. I'm going to do the same with a bulk of my carrots too. I'm not rich in canning jars either-I want to save those for meats, and sweet goodies.

My cousins wife Robin (Mayo) went into a fib this morning. She's a year older than me. Prayer request, if you would. Thanks

Prayers sent Rick-hope she's OK.
It's very scary to have that happen. My good friend Joyce goes through this kind of stuff a little too often for my liking.
