Ricky,
Yeah powdered milk isn't the best BUT I bought lots of goodies to go in it-Carnation Instant Breakfast, Nesquick, Chocolate and strawberry syrup-well you get the idea. Anything to make it more drinkable. All those yummy add ins will make the kiddles happy too.

Please Jules, no need for "sorry". I've made my mark in this life, and have nothing left to prove. I'd be proud to be concidered as one of your "boys". I discovered long ago that real men DO cry. ;D

Bought a bit more stock, lotta' buy 1 get one stuff, and worked in my little garden the rest of the day. It's beginning to pay off really good now, a new experience for me and it feels good.

Yeah Rick! That's great! I killed myself putting all of those little seedlings in my cold frame. I am sure they are toast. It snowed today-that's what I get for rushing the season. Good thing I have plenty of seeds left to replant.
I cleaned up my downstairs pantry (the restaurant). My niece emptied a bottle of strawberry syrup on the table and then rubbed sparkles into it. I'm sure it was really pretty but Auntie wasn't too happy seeing that.

Gosh, sorry 'bout the seedlings. Yea, I cherished each and every one of mine like they were living critturs ! ;D Sparkly strawberry syrup huh ? Guess I'll pass, but thanks. Shame you didn't get some pictures of the basement bistro.

I guess I should have looked before speaking-most of my seedlings live! How did I get away with that? Guess it must have been the compost in there....It's supposed to be 45 today so I opened it up. We'll see what happens-Thursday we're supposed to get more snow so I might set something up in there so that I can put a can of coals from the wood stove in there for the night.

Horse poop is the best if you know of horses handy to ya. Like 4" thick, minimum, lets off serious heat.
Bought a bag of cracked corn today, cause I dont care either. This isnt about Jimmy anymore. Anyway...opened the bag....whole corn. Cant anyone do ANYTHING right in these stores anymore? You'd think they could hire someone with an IQ, seeing as 1/3 of the population isnt working up here. Natural employment selection, maybe? We're experimenting a SHTF scenario tonite and hand grinding some really course so my birds can actually digest it. My shoulder is loving the whole experience. The urge to return the corn to the store and stuff it up that morons ass was so overwhelming, I had to walk down to the woodlot and cool off. lol. Oh, heres a funny part...the guy that gave me the wrong corn is named Chad. Didnt he screw up in Florida a couple presidential elections ago? Wish he'd have stayed down there. My turn to grind, gotta go.

Let's be fair now, it wasn't only in Fl...but yea, that whole deal was a real hoot wasn't it ? That'll teach us to count the votes ! Just accept the electonic ones and that way, the PTB have TOTAL, UNQUESTIONABLE control. With NO paper trail at all. Like Joseph Stalin said; It isn't who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes that counts. SOOO very true.

Trying desperately to build an efective tool that will put meat on my table, and offer me some degree of protection at the same time, for the least possible amount of money, and I seem to be making progress.
