Cindy and I are going to buy a bunch of tomatoes this weekend and take a shot at our first canning. I'm going to need a recipe for stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, and a spaghetti meat sauce using ground beef and italian sausage.
Anybody got a recipe they want to share for first timers?

I just finished another 8 pints and 5 quarts of stewed tomatoes today. I use the one in the Ball big book. 16 cups peeled, cored tomatoes 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped celery 1 tbls granulated sugar 2 teaspoons salt
Combine everything simmer 10 minutes. pressure can pints 15 minutes, quarts 20 minutes 1/4 tsp citric acid in ea pint, 1/2 tsp citric acid in each quart.
