I think this recipe would be delicious with dried fruit such as cherries/dried cranberries added in. You could probably use whatever nuts you wanted too. I didn't microwave it-used a bowl over a pan of hot water. I always seem to burn my morsels when I try to microwave them. You can also use parchment paper if you don't have waxed. Rocky Road Clusters 1 (12-ounce) package NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 1 (14-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Line baking sheets with wax paper. Combine morsels and sweetened condensed milk in large, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10 to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in marshmallows, nuts and vanilla extract. Drop by heaping tablespoon in mounds onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate until firm. Makes 24 clusters. This is the website where I found the recipe-it has tons of different ones! www.cooksrecipes.com/category/candy.html
