Seriously, that guy has his head on right, and one of the only ones I've seen willing to talk the truth. As scary as it is, he doesnt sugar coat anything. Nice to see.

They just found the drinking water in Tokoyo contaminated as well as milk and spinach. I wonder how much longer the people can stay there? If the radiation is that far south, I wonder how much of the Country will become contaminated?

It's wild how the radiation snaps around with the wind current like that. We'll have to watch that site-

Yea, much easier to understand how it comes in "chunks" after seeing that. Each little gust of rads. does unseen damage too, certain things absorb it and retain it, while others do not. For example; the air filter in your car if driven while it's high will absorb it and continue to give it to YOU a little at the time for long after the dangerous period is past. Soil absorbs it, so veggies will suffer long time effects, it will eventually effect the milk as the cows eat the grass and lay in it.
I haven't a clue how much, but I'd bet the cancer trigger rate will increase somewhat even with what the west coast has been exposed to up to this point. The fact that the rads. rise and fall in intensity is just as dangerous. Once the "stuph" is deposited somewhere, it's THERE ! It doesn't go away for a looong time. This is BAAAD news !

While watching the date clock at the top, it seems to be spewing much more now.

Yup-and a definite deepening in color that corresponds with how strong the radiation is.

Another fine example of man's technology outrunning his intelligence!! That one could sure use a little clarification, Mike.

That one could sure use a little clarification, Mike. Historically, man has always stumbled upon some technological advance and managed to exploit in some thoroughly dangerous and unsafe manner before he has learned to control it or that it was too dangerous to develop in the first place. For instance; gunpowder, dynamite, the atomic bomb, nuclear power, bioengineering, genetic modification, etc, etc, etc. The truth is that neutral outside party would swear that the human race is hell-bent upon forcing it's own extinction.

Agreed, and thanks for clarifying. Here is the story of a Russian lady who helped clean up after Chernobyl, very interesting read. Natalia Manzurova, one of the few survivors among those directly involved in the long cleanup of Chernobyl, was a 35-year-old engineer at a nuclear plant in Ozersk, Russia, in April 1986 when she and 13 other scientists were told to report to the wrecked, burning plant in the northern Ukraine. It was just four days after the world's biggest nuclear disaster spewed enormous amounts of radiation into the atmosphere and forced the evacuation of 100,000 people. Manzurova and her colleagues were among the roughly 800,000 "cleaners" or "liquidators" in charge of the removal and burial of all the contamination in what's still called the dead zone. the rest of the article; www.aolnews.com/2011/03/22/chernobyl-cleanup-survivors-message-for-japan-run-away-as-qui/?icid=maing|main5|dl3|sec1_lnk3|51283
