The effects of the Lyme will linger forever, I am still dealing 16 years later, I also understand the allergy issues, I am tempering mine with the use of local raw milk and local raw honey. It doesn't eliminate them entirely, but does make them somewhat bearable. Having said that, with the terrible pollen year we are having, there are still bad days, but so far, I have been able to continue to make progress.

I've tried everything I could think of to try, including local bee pollen, and it's still un-manageable at times.
I haven't been able to go outside for the past 3 days.

The last three days have been killer, but I stay on the raw honey and raw milk year round, and although I know I am slightly more miserable, I can still function.

Hate to hear that your not feeling well. Take it slow, use the local raw honey and take care of yourself... hopefully you'll get to feeling better soon.
